Shoreham College Sports Scholarship AwardThis board is of unusual proportions, rather wide in comparison to height but it shows that an attractive display can be achieved when your space is limited.This is one of our standard honour board shapes known as wave-right measuring 1200mm wide X 600mm high and fits into an awkward space but none the less is presented proudly and not tucked into an obscure corner or nook. The lion crest or college logo has been drawn by ourselves as a vector graphic and has been cut and weeded under an industrial magnifying glass before applying the board. 
Leicester University Engineering HonoursThis three column honours board is one of four supplied to the Department of Chemistry at Leicester University.Measuring 1200mm high X 900mm wide X 18mm thick with a gold borderline and a darker contrasting edge and border colour. It displays the winners of the Dunlop Polymer Engineering Division Prize which has a long pedigree dating from 1967. University Prizewinners, Chemistry Department AwardsLeicester University, Department of Chemistry ordered four boards to display the names of annual prizewinners and industry sponsored awards.Picture here are two of the other three boards which are smaller; 1000mm X 600mm wide and have enough space for two columns of names. The University has a wide and varied range of industrial partners including: Dunlop, Celltech, GlaxoSmithKline, Shimadzu, Treatt and Earthoil Plantations all of whom sponsor awards that are shown on these boards. Collaboration with industry on many undergraduate and postgraduate projects leads to a high employment rate amongst graduates. |
